I'd rather an extended CVS than this but yeah, either way it's not a big draw for downtown. I like that Amazing Things is using the old fire house but I think it's a little far from everything else. There's not too much going on that side of the tracks. At least they got rid of the strip club or whatever that was right near it. So I called and they said it was no longer available, as the former Woolworths was to be an expanded CVS as anchor for the renovated Arcade. Either way, Seagrave Financial, or CVS, it's not a very enticing business for what could be an exciting project. Wouldn't the Amazing Things Arts Center have considered this as a better location than the Firehouse on Hollis St? A few months ago, there was a sign in the front window, For Lease.
