Excellent atmosphere, attitude, and a real willingness to help us find the cat that was right for us. At the time they were still raising funds for their ongoing expansion and renovation. They've done fabulous work. With my fiancee being a vet in training, they impressed her enough that she is considering a specialty in shelter medicine!
