As a frugal mom of three, I try to buy our milk $2.49 (I think?) and cold cuts (do people still call them that??) there.

You can use the store coupons and you can combine them with manufacturing coupons to save a bunch.

Check out the paper goods. Things like paper towels and napkins are substantially cheaper.

I, also, do most of my shopping at the grocery store, but there are certain things that I go to BJ's for. If you're not tied to a brand, you can often do better with the grocery store brand. You can't beat the Land O Lakes cheese. I also buy our Poland Springs water there. It's $5.39, or something like that, for 35. Also, cards and gift wrap are 50% off and books and DVD's are usually cheaper, too.

The meat and chicken are priced low. Also the best deal on Land of Lakes white American 1lb is $3.49. Go to S&S and see what you would pay. Aslo milk is cheap there too.
I shop at Market Basket every week but some items I continue to go to BJ's for.
