Just had to pass along kudos to Janet Epstein and her chefs David and Paul Sanchioni for the superb New Year's Eve dinner dance. The Surf & Turf dinner was served hot and delicious and dancing under the direction of Russ Carlton produced a variety from soft and slow to hopping and bopping. 2006 ended happily and looking forward to many more wonderful times. Would definitely book a party or group function at Columbus Club for the food and friendly employees from top to bottom.

Hey Michelle,
Its Mark, your old Brown St. neighbor, hope you guys are well, our best to Clyde Cat!
I finally checked out your site after having Seth remind me weekly...very cool! I grew up in Framingham, 2 blocks up from the Columbus Club actually. My dad used to go there a few times a week & hang w/ all the old Italians, & always on Wednesday afternoons in the summer after his golf league. Anyway, food is always good there, but if they are not serving dinner I have another option for you, but you may know it already. Keep going up rt. 135, towards Ashland, about a mile and a half after Columbus Club is LaCantina resteraunt. This is an EXCELLENT Italian meal, very inexpensive, great atmosphere, & the best Chicken Parm you will get anywhere!

Please let us know if you check it out, or already have. I am sure you would not be dissapointed!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have attended several of the Saturday evening buffets and fully enjoyed the food and the people. All were very friendly. They serve 4 to 5 entrees including soup, salad, pasta of some kind, potato, vegetables and homemade desserts by their manager, Janet Sanchioni. Nost were held downstairs in the club, but they will use the function hall apstairs if it's not booked. Yuo need definate reservations, especially if the hall is booked because of the smaller capacity in the club.
Lunches are served Monday - Saturday with daily specials as well as the usual mac & balls, tuna & chicken salads as well as several sandwiches to choose from. The daily specials are just $6.00 and soft driks are $.50 and $1.00.

You can goto the Columbus Club for LUNCH every day!! From 11-2! It is AWSOME! You just dont see places like that anymore! You can get "MAC & BALLS" for $5 and drinks are $1 for a stein of soda. Forget about the fast food drivethrough!
