We don't really need any more of the same type of restaurants in Framingham - I'd rather see a more specialized cuisine - perhaps Thai (replacing the fabulous Thai Orchid) move in. I went there a few months back with my sister and her partner and it was 10x worse than mall chinese. The main street bridge is being built! :) As of Friday the two green steel arches were installed and they are laying the steel across the river now. 8/25 the decking arrives and will be installed over 5 weeks. the state is saying it will be open by thanksgiving! any restaurant opening in that location needs luck... it seems to be a doomed spot to eat. my feeling is that being partially underground and next to what appears to be a pumping station for some reason affects people's interest in going there. The only good restaurant that's been there was Tony Romas! They had the best ribs!!! it’s not a rumor! The main street bridge is being built! :)
