Would love to see a Qudoba, or a Moes come to town, and I think it would do well. Problem is unfortunately in downtown they are catering toward a certain type of customer. Especially where the the old KFC was, it tends to be very low income and most people when eating out cannot afford to go to a nice place. Its unfortunate, I do wish however that a Popeyes would come to town, they are great.
