I was surprised they're giving this one a complete makeover because I thought it had a complete makeover only about 5 years ago, I do agree Christopher S. Penn re. the new "coffeehouse feel" they're giving various locations, so I assume that's what they're doing at Concord St. The first of those "coffeehouse feel" locations I know of was Westfield, MA.
I think Waverley St. is managed by the same folks who manage Concord St. so that's why they're encouraging people to go there. Finally, the D.D. with the LOWEST prices in Framingham is the D.D. inside the Stop & Shop at Old Conn. Path.

If the store near Home Depot in Natick is any indication, they're going for a more coffeehouse feel, with darker walls and mood lighting, plus some more menu items.
