Oh my god, almost the exact same happened to me. They sent this arrangement, (And I was cheap and bought something around 20-30 dollars), and the fruit was so bad. We went back with it and asked to make another. They said that some parts were eaten so they couldn't get them back. After speaking with the manager he finally said he would give me a $10 discount on the next purchase... ... ... So the next time I was like "I might as well spend this". And buy something, and the lady over the phone kept insisting I had no coupon because my numbers didn't work. I finally had to tell her that it wasn't my problem, for her to settle it later and that I was expecting my arrangement. I would never use them again... I think the party would've gone a lot better with those cheap fruit plates supermarkets sell.

2 questions: 1) where is it? (I saw it though) and 2) where is the picture of the actual edible arrangement (hahaha)?
