I completely agree with what has been posted previously. I have had several pieces done a Framed in Time and recommend them highly! Top customer service, quality and the prices are incredible! Do not hesitate - if you have something to be done, go directly to Framed in Time and don’t waste time elsewehere.

My wife and I have done all of our framing there recently, and love it. They are INCREDIBLY helpful, and one of those businesses that takes the right attitude towards handling customers and taking pride in their work.

I concur with all the positive reviews. Some of the people that work there came from “Frame King” and have been the business for 20+ years. I had a couple of pieces framed by them last spring, and we always get compliments about them. A very nice addition to Pinefield as well.

Framed in Time is customer and community oriented. Not only do they do fantastic framing, they have a wonderful gallery where artisans sell their works. It’s always a pleasure to shop at Framed in Time.

I have to agree, Framed In Time is VERY customer-oriented. I brought a newspaper clipping there to have it matted last Saturday. It turns out, I cut the edge of the article too close so when it was matted, it cut off some of the wording. My fault, but graciously - the owner agreed to re-mat and re-cut the 3 openings for a small additional price when I brought him the actual paper. They cut out the article themselves, and I picked up the finished product yesterday. What an eye-popping present. Awesome! Great, quality work, reasonable pricing. We would go back.

It’s great to know how they handled it when you realized you didn’t like the finished product. With Corners gone, we used Framed in Time for the first time last year, and they did a great job, although it was not as inexpensive as I had hoped. Your experience is reassuring, though, and makes it more likely that I’ll go back there next time I need something framed.
