I enjoy the Premium theater - extremely comfortable and roomy seats, and so much room between rows that I don't have to worry if someone tall sits in front of me, because I can still see the screen. It's nice with the trays in front of the seats, so you can enjoy your complimentary popcorn and soft drinks without worrying about spilling things all over the place. My main complaint with the Premium is that there aren't enough movies playing there that I want to see.

I seem to recall when the Framingham 14 was coming in, that there was talk that at least one of the screens would have foreign and/or art-house type movies. Unfortunately, that's rarely the case, which is too bad. With all the screens available there, we locals shouldn't have to drive to Newton or Waltham in order to see a movie that's not on the current top 10 revenue grossing list.

Yeah, it was the Framingham 14 under General Cinemas (replacing the old S.W. General Cinemas), but then they added an additional large screen, and a 'premium' screen across the street. Then it was bought up by AMC and renamed the Framingham 15, and the Framingham AMC Premium. I miss the Loews, even though I was only there two or three times. But Loews was bought out by AMC as well.

I think it was the Framingham 14 until they added the "luxury" theater which now makes it the Framingham 15.

Personally, I thought this theater was much nicer when it opened and has aged quickly. It's still a good place to watch a movie though. The luxury theater is an interesting experience if you've never been.
