There were so many memories for so many people. I remember seeing Rin Tin Tin there, as well as the Lone Ranger, and even Crazy Guggenheim who used to be on the old Jackie Gleason Show. A lot of people don't remember that Sears was in the original Shoppers World. They had closed the store in downtown Framingham, which was in the block of stores that burned down in 1966 (now the parking lot of the Store 24). When Natick announced the new Mall to be built around 1964, Sears moved again. Thanks for posting those great old postcard views of Shoppers World. There were so many memories for so many people. This looks like a really cool place. A little too retro for the 1990"s I guess. Some updating would seem to make more sense. I can now see why you hate the new Shopper's World so much.
