A few months later there were hardly any customers, the service was terrible and the food was horrible. It's amazing that a chain can let things slip so bad, but it was obvious their gravy train was the bar, and once the smoking ban took effect, that part of the business also went down. Papa Razzi's will be a vast improvement in that prime location. They should give Olive Garden a run for their $$$!
