Any updates from current owners or renters at Dennison Triangle? I’m considering renting there but am having trouble finding recent information or reviews…

Me and my partner are moving to Dennison Triangle this weekend. The units are great. We are moving into a 2 bedroom and renting for $1500. They have new appliances, central air, fios ready, two full bathrooms, two walk in closets, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The area is not a dump, in fact they are re-building down town Framingham. $1500 for a two bedroom luxury apartment is not expensive for the Boston area. It is also really close to everything you could possibly ever need.

My guess is they’ve sunk with most everything else. I think also that some units are being rented rather than sold.

Given the price bubble we experienced, lower prices, if it will move more units, is no a bad thing IMO. Good opportunity for people to get a relative bargain,

Bill has obviously never priced a 2 bedroom apt locally. I live in marlborough in supposedly Luxury apartments that were just built and I’ve had major contruction issues, flooding and rodents! And I pay over $2000 for 1200 sq feet.

I would hardly call downtown Framingham a dump. It has character.. something not found very much locally anymore.

a 2bedroom for $1850 a month sounds like a great deal.. NOT!!!! Are you out of your freakin mind YOu should be ashamed of your self charging that..that neighborhood is a dump…only a complete moron would move into there!!!!

I think the area along the track going to Natick is already much better than it used to be. So there’s hope. I think it’s a great step forward.

I was thinking the same thing about the old consignment store- how that would be a perfect location for a coffee shop. Maybe someone will pick up on that.

As far as the little dig, I hear both: plans on making it happen and that it’s not going to happen. I can only watch so much cable access before I am lulled to sleep but I know I’ve read about it in the paper too. Last I heard someone had a whole proposal on an underpass downtown, and the town would choose whose proposal they will go with, so who knows.
