Sad to report. there are different people working there now since my last post. The pace looks great and I saw crawling bugs one afternoon on their glazed donuts. I was disgusted and walked out. A week later I went back in, same crawling bugs. I told the staff, and they said I would have to talk to a manager. The manager seemed put off when I pointed at the obvious half inch black bugs crawling on the donuts. She sighed and said" which ones". She picked up the three glazed donuts and threw them out. As she picked them up from the tray more bugs fell out of those donuts and crawled back in the tray of donuts. I told the manager about this and she yelled at me and said "It is just nature!" I asked her why she was yelling at me as the bugs were not my fault and she gave me some lame comment. Due to this I will never go to another Dunkin' Donuts again. If I want to eat bugs and their fecal matter I will go as a guest on Fear Factor or the Japanese game show "Eat This" . Krispy Creme here i come!!

Framingham revitalization is never going to happen because of the illegal activity that envelopes the town.
What legal American citizen would want to operate any business in or around downtown that is actually too dangerous to live in.

The new design and upgrade is fantastic! Applause to the owner for putting forth a great effort in re-vitalizing this DD.The employees are upbeat and have a great sense of humor and pleasant demenor. Please get your DD coffee, donuts, and bagels HERE. The place is always busy and we need to keep these businesses going in the area so that the un-avoidable presence that has led to many businesses leaving the area (the Civic League, Farmers Exchange, Fabric Place, and others) does not further erode our downtown businesses.

It was kind of cool to go in there today on its first day reopened. It does look like the other DD "remodels" I've seen. I also like the earth tones and the feel of the place. True, the layout is really not all that different, but it's a nicer look and I'm glad it's reopened!
