		<description>Yes, the Memorial Building as such an obvious symbol of our town shouldn't be seen so obviously in ill health.  What better way to advertise to all passersby what state of "disrepair" the town is in than to welcome all to a slalom of glaringly orange cones (Caution!  Enter at your own risk).
And the fact that it's been perhaps a year or more like this is telling of how Framingham can so often be lulled into sleeping at the switch.
Now about Memorial Park, or that gas station in Nobscot, or....</description>
