I too worked at Timothy's and Timothy's Too and was caught in the 2 week time warp when the drinking age was raised.
Does anyone know what became of The Vamp, from Vamps? I'm very curious about that. Thanks!!

Ah the memories of route 9 back in the late 70's. I can remember going to Vamps (at the old Meadows) The Pizza Pub & the Surrey Lounge inthe Center. The RedBarn in Westborough. Vibrations in the old Framingham Motor Inn in front of the Waterview apartments. But my FAV was Timothys Too. The best time of my younger days were spent there. All of that is all gone now but the great memories will always remain!!

Timothy's, wild times! Waitressed at both Timothy's and Timothy's Too in the late 70's. I remember the drinking age going up and having to wait a few weeks to 'legally' drink again.

Wow...It has been a long time. I worked at Timothy's, Duca's and the Tara in the 70's. All distinctly different bars. Timothy's was 18-25 crowd (live rock and tons of fights as drinking age was 18), Ducas was 26-40's (good bands but smaller) and the Tara night club (show bands) was 40-whatever. Ton's of activity up and down route 9 and many regulars would frequent all the bars and restuarants. Start down by Chateau DeVille and work your way up to Duca's. Last call at 1:30

At the end of the night, all go to the Copper Kettle for breakfast and whatever.

Nothing like that now anywhere

I was the ref for the jello show all those years ago.
every now and then I'll run into one of the girls that wrestled and we have a good laugh
