For all of those mourning the loss of KFC on 135
March 16th, 2010
I know there were a few of you wondering what happened with the sudden closing of the KFC on 135 downtown. I still don’t know anything about it, but you might be happy to know it looks like there is a new fried chicken place opening up downtown called Crown Fried Chicken. ivermectin skin turned black and blue  With the Chicken Bone, Wings Over Framingham and this place, now we’ll have three chicken specialty restaurants downtown! what does ivermectin do?
Unfortunately downtown parking always seems to be a problem, but I really hope this place makes it! I live exactly halfway between the KFC that closed and the one that’s still open on Cochituate RD/Rte. 30. I liked the 135 KFC because it had a drive-thru…Rte. 30 does not. Even if you went inside, you could get in and out much quicker…I guess it’s because they did less business and I suppose that is why they closed! Well, “bottom line” is I really do hope Crown Fried Chicken makes it!

If the comments about the New York area Crown apply,
then this should be good.

Lol, Min – the “i” is a drumstick. Adorable, huh? I’ll let you know when I notice that it’s open and we can take a walk down there.

It makes me crazy when people say downtown parking is a problem. Is it really? Will you be able to find a meter right at the establishment’s front door? Probably no. But I have never had to walk more than a block from a meter to any downtown business. Is walking one block to patronize downtown businesses a parking problem or a suburban, strip mall, drive-thru mentality problem? I hope this place makes it.

Wings over framingham is terrrible ! How can you reference that place in the same sentence as Chicken Bone Saloon ? Good luck to Crown – we need another good chicken restaurant in Framingham.

Crown has a successful restaurant in Worcester and there are more in N.J. I brokered the lease and am happy to bring new tenants to Downtown. Now if I could just lease orsell the Fabric Place bldgs. Any good ideas out there ?

Marlene, I heard that Zimman’s was interested in the Fabric Place spot. Maybe all they need is somebody to make it easy for them.
