Padaria Bakery

July 6th, 2007

Someone has strongly suggested I try the cheese ball type pastry at the Brazilian Padaria Bakery.  They have two locations: 165 Concord St and 63 Hollis St. ivermectin shampoo uses
I went to the one on Concord St. 1.87% ivermectin , since it was on my way to work, and got a cheesball thing. ivermectin practo   I heated it up at work and it was okay, not as cheesy as I thought but a light puff-type pastry.

Even though I find the language barrier a little intimidating (I always do) the person behind the counter was nice enough and it was a pleasant transaction.  The place was very clean too, when I’m feeling adventurous I’ll try some other things there as well. I just don’t usually think of going there.

Papa Gino’s

July 2nd, 2007

I used to love Papa Gino’s as a kid then sometime in my early 20’s I became a bit of a food snob and refused to go there.  I remember reluctantly going to Papa Gino’s when Ethan suggested it when we first started dating, I’d roll my eyes and say “if you REALLY want to” but after the first few times I realized that I DO like Papa Gino’s.  There is something comfortably consistent about the pizza and the whole operation.
The smells, checkered tables and sounds of order numbers called through the microphone are reliably part of the whole Papa Gino’s experience.

This trip we went to the Papa’s on route 30 at the “food mall”. ????? ???? ?????   This is where my uncle had his 60th birthday party, they let him make his own pizza and everything : )
We just got a couple of slices of cheese pizza.  As we waited for our number to be called, I thought it might be fun to get a job here just to call numbers really close into the microphone so it’s all fuzzy like “Number FVZE FOOVM” but I think the humor in that would wear off fast, and I’d be a jerk but I wonder if it’s fun to make the pizza especially since little (and big) kids get to watch through the window.  That used to be one of my favorite things about Papa Gino’s as a kid was watching the pizzaguy throw the dough in air and make the pizzas.

Our slices were decent sized and mine flopped down when I picked it up and the sun penetrated right through it like it was paper but it had that reliable familiar taste I become re-acquainted with (after Ethan got me back on track). casinocom   I’d also like to note that I think root beer best compliments their pizza.

The only thing I think they could improve on is bringing the tableside jukeboxes back.  Papa Gino’s isn’t the best pizza but that’s okay.  I give it a thumbs up for consistency and nostalgia.
I’m sorry Papa for ever doubting you! spinpalace

Video Craze

June 29th, 2007

One night we felt like renting a movie, which we don’t do really. I think the last movie I rented was when we lived in Waltham so we don’t have a membership around here.  We stopped by Video Craze in Trolley Square (855 Worcester) and easily signed up for a membership and rented our movie.  Video Craze is a somewhat local business.  Looking at their website, you can order a movie or game online and have it delivered.  They are based in Lynn but have two locations in Framingham: the one we went to at 855 Worcester Rd., and one at 25 School St.
It’s nice to see a video store that is small and not Blockbuster.

Here’s their site for more info on the delivery thing http://www.videocraze.com/

Got a better slogan?

June 29th, 2007

Looks like Only Flooring had some extra space on their sign and decided the ride the “Got ___?” wave and put “Got Wood?” on their sign.  It seems they took (most of) it down,  someone pointed out to me it could have an “R rated” suggestion. ????? ???? ?????   Maybe they re-thought having “Got Wood?” as a slogan. I’d be kind of interested to know if they were told to take it down or they just changed their mind since there is a sign in the window now with a less suggestive “Got Tile? ??? ????? ?????????

New Deli?

June 28th, 2007

I went by the site where Hurwitz’s kosher meat market used to be. It’s been repainted and looks like something is going on so I looked up to see if any work permits have been issued. ivermectin for birds side effects
Although it is listed as 327, (that address is a residence so it must be a typo) they must mean 326 where Hurwitz’s used to be.  There is a recent permit issued for “Retail with food service” for a business called “Hot and Sweet Continental Deli and Meat Market”.
I’m glad something that I might want to use will move in there instead of an office or something. ivexterm venta   I’m looking forward to checking this place when it’s open. should ivermectin be given oeally or injected
