Amy’s Convenience Store

July 5th, 2009

It’s not often I have a reason to travel “up north” to Saxonville, but when I do I always make a point to stop at Amy’s convenience store (68 Water St.) just for the fact that they it’s the only store in Framingham (or anywhere in the area) I know of that sells Hershey ice cream’s Chocolate Marshmallow Whirl, which is my all-time favorite, pre-packaged, individual serving ice cream treat.
Other stores carry Hershey ice cream products but not this particular item.
If you’re a fan of chocolate ice cream and marshmallow, this is a must-try!

I’m so greatful to Amy’s for carrying this and I guess it’s a good thing they’re on the other side of town to keep me from buying these more often and keeps these a special treat :)

  2. I love those ice creams, this is one of my favorite places to pick up a couple of items when I run out of things. Although I went there once and an employee named Charles randomly went through my backpack I had with me, when I asked him what he was doing he simply responded :going through your bag”. It was very odd, I only saw him once or twice more there, I presume he got fired. Still a good place to go, they always have my favorite pork rind!!

  3. Amy’s is not far from me and I drive past it every morning. I never had a reason to stop until now. Thanks for the tip!
