Bronzetti’s

June 13th, 2007

I have heard good things about Bronzetti’s pizza.  I was told they bought the recipe from the Union House and make those pizza’s there and that they’re excellent, so of course we had to try it.

Bronzetti’s is not a place I would normally think of going to, it’s kind of the unofficial restaurant of the Econo Lodge which it seems to be attached to.
Inside is a no frills sports bar, but I really like the lacquered wood bar that includes the tree bark all around the perimeter.  There are pool tables and “4-top” tables with castered chairs to sit and eat at .  I also liked the wood paneled walls and that the place is entirely lit by hanging glass lamps.
(bad cell phone pic of inside)

We got the pizza home and wasn’t sure what to think at first because it was messy looking but it was delicious.

The dough is crunchy on the edges but just chewy enough everywhere else.  It’s almost like there’s butter in the dough, the sauce and cheese were great too, all together it’s a great pizza! casino 888 login
Ethan was so impressed with the pizza he suggested getting it again the next night, so we did. ???
A definite “yay” for the pizzaquest!

  1. that’s good to hear about the pizza. i made the big mistake of going there on a Sunday to give it a try with my young family. to be honest, i couldn’t wait to get out of there the second i stepped in….and they didn’t serve pizza on sundays. that said, i will give them a shot for take out, as it’s around the corner.

  2. That’s weird, they must have changed their operation a little because the second day we went there was a Sunday and they told us the only food they serve on Sundays is pizza. I hope you have a better experience if you go again, let me know what you think.

  6. Glad you liked it STP.
Mindy, come out from the city and I’ll take you there for a nice pizza and soda. I’d say after we could go to Fun and Games but they stink now. Come out anyway.

  7. Very tasty, just tried it tonight! But not the best in the area though (sauce was a teeny bit lacking) so Pizza Quest must continue. Crust had a good taste, and 10.50 for two toppings is a steal. Still, the search goes on…

  9. My wife and I were very interested in trying the pizza after reading all of the positive comments. After a Thursday night special of the Concert on the Common, we decided to pay a visit for an order to take home. I had always thought the best pizzas in town were the Union House and the 400 Club. Bronzetti’s was a combo of both. We ordered a sausage pizza and Mozzarella Sticks. It was delicious. A light yet sweet tasting crust to the pizza with a superb combo of sauce and cheeses on top. The mozzarella sticks were lightly fried and plentiful with an incredible sauce for dipping. I also noticed a former employee of the 400 Club in the kitchen. All of the staff were very pleasant. Bronzetti’s is now our new Union House/400 Club for pizza.

  10. I’ve heard from many people that Bronzetti’s is the best pizza around and the 400 Club is a close second or equally good.

  11. Went on 8/25/07 — the Bronzetti name is removed from the sign. Pizza was traditional round thin-crust, and just adequate. What happened?! New owner?

  12. Just went in last night, the place was sold or the sale fell thru depending on who you talk to. They replaced that awesome pizza with this frozen crap you toss toppings on then serve, ugh!

Place went from Best Pizza to Worst in framingham.

They aint seeing my face again, even with the cute waitresses.

  13. Actually I heard that the Pizza was from Marconi’s recipe(used to be in Ashland). I think the new owner is related to that family. I got two pizzas to go and they were good and they tasted like the pizza that was served at Marconis.

  14. yup.the pizza is gone.the new stuff sucks.is it possible that someone else in framingham might buy the recipe considering how popular the pizza is?

  19. Hello just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t
loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think
its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.
