I drove by the old 400 restaurant (for those who never have been, is at the Franklin street plaza) and saw they are finally almost ready to open. This seems to be taking so long to open since it was supposed to be open in September. I heard it is going to be the same menu as the old restuarant. I hope the eggplant parm is just as good. This will be so great so have something I can walk to from my house and possibly liven up “sad plaza”.
Finally something going in the right direction on our side of town!
i heard that the dept of public health was all over these guys, with some real nit-picky requests. as such, opening was held up for weeks. please continue your investigation on the plaza. i heard a gym was interested in goin in there, but there was a buy-out of some sort and it fell through. my wife and i dream of the day they could transform the plaza similarly to the old Farm Stand plaza on route 9, which is now Whole Foods (or Walgreens/Franco’s)

hey put up another walgreens in the lot. I dont think the area has enough of them yet..(joke)…
