Another Framingham salad dressing

In addition to Ken’s and Fanny’s dressing (which can be found next to each other at Stop& Shop),  Gerard Farm makes their own salad dressing too.
I just got around to trying yesterday and it has an interesting flavor, very sweet and I think it would go well on something like Napa cabbage salad.
Also, I’ve heard they will be closing (just for the season) at the end of the month, although there is no mention on their website of an exact date.

Their salad is also yummy. It’s very basic. Chopped lettuce, purple cabbage, shredded carrot, and that yummy sweet dressing. It’s my favorite thing at Gerards. not including their cookies

This is not related to Salad Dressing (Ken’s is our favorite) We really enjoy reading your blogs of local establishments , framingham & we do jump to Metrowest on occasion. I grew up in framingham & Southboro. I have logged many any hour at the original Shopper”s World .We live in Ft Worth , Texas now and your blog is a lifeline to my past. My wife always says: ” she is very talented & funny she should get her own radio or Tv show..” We donot know what you do for work during the day other than we know you donot work at P.F. Chang’s …. You really should find a way to make this a full time job. If I was an owner of a framingham biz, I would definitely buy an ad ! Again, this is a great site and you are very talented..

Christmas Eve was their last day for the season. They expect to reopen in mid-March.
