Lunch at Keefe Tech

October 7th, 2009

I’ve always wanted to go the East Side Room, which is the student-staffed restaurant inside Keefe Tech Vocational School but it never worked out. Finally I got to go and went with my friend and co-worker (Yes, I got a job!) Vanessa who was just as curious to try it as I was. how long ivermectin take to work
The menu is understandably limited but I think there’s something for everyone. ivermectin sheep drench for goats?
Our entrees stared off with a generously sized garden salad:

We both got the same thing, tortellini with marinara sauce. I asked the server if they made the tortellini there and he said yes but it looked a little machine made, although I’m guessing maybe they must have a tortellini machine in the kitchen, I don’t know I’ve never made it but we both enjoyed it so it didn’t really matter.
We splurged and split a dessert, chocolate bread pudding, which was really good:

When we were leaving we noticed the bakery case outside the restaurant and got our boss a chocolate sour cream loaf for $3.75.

The prices for all the baked goods were very reasonable at $0.30 for a cookie, $0.55 for a brownie and most cakes were under $4.
I believe they are only open for lunch Tue-Fri and take reservations for 11:30am-12:30pm but take walk-ins (as we were) from 12-12:30.
I forget exactly how much the lunch was but it was in the – range which is pretty good since it comes with the salad and a vegetable (I forgot to take a picture of). ivermectin for cattle and swine on dogs They don’t have any information (that I can find) on their website but the phone number to the main office, who can direct you to the culinary dept. for any questions, is (508) 416-2100.

The Tavern

August 18th, 2009

My friend Mike and I went to check out “The Tavern” (formerly Connery’s) at 102 Irving Street.
Inside looked similar to when it was Connery’s but cleaner. ?????? ?????????

We were greeted by the bartender/owner and chatted with him a bit and then got a couples of beers and ordered some food.
Mike got a cheeseburger, which he said was really good, the only thing he’s ask for is that they serve fries but they only have bagged chips:

I got a mushroom pizza, which I thought was pretty good,  especially for a non-pizzeria pizza.

What I really like about this place is that the owner has another room you can bring your food into to eat, play pool and darts.

Some nights are designated as game nights for texas hold’em or board games. ??? ????? Mondays are movie night, where you can watch that week’s featured film and a large screen and Saturdays are Karaoke night. ???? ??????
I really like how the owner wants to make the Tavern a place to go and feel comfortable and have fun. Check out their site for more information: http://www.thetavernframingham.com/index.php

Wings Over Framingham is open

August 8th, 2009

Last night was Wings Over Framingham’s opening day and we didn’t feel like cooking so we decided to check them out.
We used their online ordering and found that pretty easy to use. does ivermectin kill dog ear mites   A nice feature they have is that you can check on your food via the website too. ivermectin tap   We were really surprised that what seemed liked 10 minutes that it was updated to “Your food is on it’s way” and shortly after that someone was at our door with our wings.
We both got boneless wings, I got “wimpy” and Ethan got a bit spicier “red alert”. non-ivermectin wormers

I like that they marked at least one of them because the Chicken Bone doesn’t and we can never tell which one is spicy, which leads us to believe maybe they just put the same sauce on both or maybe their mild just isn’t that mild because we can’t tell the difference, but anyway it’s nice to have some identification.

These were pretty good,  they could have come with a little more celery, which seemed like enough for one person but it was their first day and maybe something happened with the celery portion.
I’d say these are just as good as Chicken Bone and the edge Wings Over Framingham would have over them is their extremely fast delivery.
They have 24 sauces to choose from and you can find all of the info you need about this place on their website: http://www.wingsover.com/index.html

David Ortiz opening a restaurant in the ‘ham

June 29th, 2009

I saw a post on craigslist for hiring staff at David Ortiz’s new restaurant called “Big Papi’s”.  According to the post, the restaurant is “an upscale grill offering steaks, seafood, burgers, and more. ivermectin cream buy online ”  I don’t know where this will (I’m guessing on Rt. 9 somewhere) be but since the place looking to hire, it must be opening within the next month. ivermectin mechanism of action importin   I’m glad but curious why he picked Framingham to open a restaurant. ivomec d ovin

EO Noodle

June 27th, 2009

My friend and I went to EO noodle last week (1245 Worcester Rd). ivermectin without a prescription   I know this may be a wasted post since neither of us got the noodles, but my friend said she usually always gets the Dan-Dan noodles and loves them. dr thomas borody ivermectin
I remember this place used to be just noodles but now they have Chinese (yes, Americanised) food too and we just got a couple of lunch specials.
Specials come with hot and sour soup, which was pretty good:

Lisa got the Kung Pao chicken that came with rice and an eggroll:

Not thinking of how boring this would be for the blog, I got vegetarian’s delight that came with a springroll (not pictured) and white rice:

Everything was pretty standard but good. I did like the fresh fruit that comes with the meal and it was actually ripe and very tasty. bird mouth open air sac ivermectin 5 mg
I’d definitely go back and try the noodles when I’m in the mood for that, but for a quick lunch, this place has good food that is reasonably priced (lunch specials were somewhere between $5-6).

Brazzille is open again

June 9th, 2009

A while ago Brazzille downtown (at 91 Hollis St.) closed.  I’m not sure why if it was because of slow business or something else but I just noticed that they re-opened. ???? ????? ??? ????
I was only there once but it was very nice inside and they seemed to cater to Americans as much as Brazilians.  I’m just not a huge fan of Brazilian food so I haven’t been back but I am glad this place with it’s pleasant exterior has re-opened and isn’t another vacant storefront. ???? ????? ??? ??????

New pizza place coming

June 7th, 2009

Looks like a BBQ Grill and Pizza place is opening downtown on Concord St.  I haven’t been able to find out any information on this but I’m guessing there is a good chance it’s Brazilian.
On a related pizza note, I walked by Anastasia’s and there was a note in their window offering temporary price cuts due to the economy:

In non-pizza related news, we’re still eagerly awaiting Wings over Framingham to open!!
